Obituary for Eunice Pearl Currie
It is with great sadness the family of Eunice Pearl Currie, late of Shellbrook, SK announces her passing on February 14th, 2023, at the age of 80 years. Eunice was born on October 19th, 1942, in Bowmanville. ON to Alfred and Pearl Randle.
In 1966, Eunice met the love of her life, Keith Currie. They got married in 1972 in Calgary AB. Keith and Eunice lived in Sturgeon Valley for 44 years. Eunice was a kind, gentle, and caring person. She enjoyed her time outdoors and gardening.
Eunice had many jobs over the years. She was a switch phone operator for Bell, licensing clerk in Alberta, & Records Clerk for Trans West Air.
Eunice will be lovingly remembered by her husband Keith; her children Douglas Fowler, Debra (Craig) Polluck, & Randle (Heather) Currie; her grandchildren Melissa Fowler, Cory Fowler, Amanda Shiffner, Amy Shiffner, Melissa Shiffner, Dexter Currie, Paisley Currie, & Juliet Currie; her great-grandchildren Damien & Skyla; & her sister Marlene Dryant.
Eunice was predeceased by Her parents Alfred & Pearl Randle; her sister Evelyn (Bill) Yeo; & her parents-in-law Ralph and Hazel Currie.
