It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Billy Leslie Longjohn Jr. “Paskwa Mostos Ka-Pihmotet” late of Sturgeon Lake, SK on January 30th, 2023, at the age of 2 months. Billy Jr. was born on November 17th, 2022, in Prince Albert, SK to Vanessa Turner & Billy Longjohn. Billy Jr. will be lovingly remembered by his parents Vanessa Turner & Billy Longjohn; his siblings Riley (Tanica), Titus, Monique, Liam, Landon, & Amari; his grandparents: Sandra Kingfisher, Irene Turner, Kelly Mirasty, & Bradley Longjohn; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, & relatives. Billy Jr. was predeceased by his brother Jaron; his grandpa: Jack Turner Sr.; & his great-grandparents Lloyd (Theresa) Moosehunter, Nellie Kingfisher, Thomas Semaganis, Harold Kingfisher, & Allan (Yvonne) Longjohn. A Wake Service will be commencing Wednesday, February 1st, 2023, at 4 PM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Centre in Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023, at 11 AM at Sturgeon Lake Community Centre in Sturgeon Lake, SK. The Officiants will be Barry Kingfisher & Bradley Longjohn. The Eulogy will be read by Alana Goodvoice-Craine & Jocelyn Longjohn. The Honourary Pallbearers are Prince Albert NICU Staff, Jim Patterson Children’s Hospital Staff, and all those who knew and loved Billy Jr. The Pallbearers are Alfred Sanderson, Kelly Mirasty, Dustin Goodvoice, & William Turner.
