It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter Frank “Doc” Desjarlais, late of Buffalo Narrows, SK on October 11th, 2022, at the age of 59 years. Peter was born on April 9th, 1963, to Marie & Edward Desjarlais in Île-à-la-Crosse, SK. Peter will be lovingly remembered by his mommy Marie Agnes Desjarlais; his children Kevin Sylvestre, Meagan Moberly, Lenal Favel, Lyle Sylvestre & Leroy Sylvestre; his brothers Leonard (Sandra), Wilbert, Rene (Kandas), Lloyd (Jackie) & Ian (Pamela); his sisters Yvonne (Myles), Leona & Lisa (Nap); his grandson Douglas Pederson Jr.; his dog Askim; as well as numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, & nephews. Peter was predeceased by his dad Edward Desjarlais; his brother Howard Desjarlais; his son Daniel Moberly; his grandparents Pierre (Philomene) McCallum & Francois (Flavie) Desjarlais; as well as numerous aunts & uncles. A Wake Service will be held October 12th – 14th, 2022 at the Lakeview Complex in Buffalo Narrows, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2022, at 2 PM at the Lakeview Complex in Buffalo Narrows, SK. The Officiant will be David Seright. The Honourary Pallbearers are all those who knew and loved Peter. The Pallbearers are Dwayne Riegert, Frankie Durocher, Keith Chartier, Lance Hansen, Kim Hansen, & Adrian Chartier.
