It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ashton Andrew Tssessaze, late of Prince Albert, SK on September 24th, 2022, at the age of 18 years. Ashton was born on January 27th, 2004, in Saskatoon, SK to Andrew Tssessaze and Jennifer Caisse. Ashton will be lovingly remembered by his grandmother Marie Tssessaze; his parents Andrew Tssessaze & Tammy Bear; his mother Jennifer Caisse; his grandfather Lawrence Caisse; his brothers Cameron, Andrew Jr., Cheveyo, Styles, Christian, Eugene, & Alex; his sister Aubrey; his aunts & uncles Brenda (Vance) Cook, Diane (Jone) Thomas, Cindy & family, Kelvin (Victoria), & Earl; his cousins Vincent, Brendon, Vernon, Bernard, Vinny, Benson, Vernelle, Danita, Danisha, Jessie, Gordon Jr., Philana, Preston, Decody, Bridgette, Miguel, Melanie, Paige, Tiara, Eleana, Mason, Gabriel, Daniel, & Aiden; his great-aunts & uncles Dora (Ambrose) Stalthanee & family, Angie (Howie) McDonald & family, Linda Nilghe & family, Fred (Marianne) Nilghe & family, August Nilghe, Dean (Vicky) Nilghe & family, & Harley (Melanie) & family; as well as numerous Tssessaze, Caisse, Nilghe, & Bear families of Black Lake, Lac Brochet, La Ronge, & Sandy Bay. Ashton was predeceased by his grandfather Jean-Pierre Tssessaze; his grandmother Priscilla Caisse; his great-grandparents Madeline (Pierre) Nilghe, & Baptist (Lucy) Tssessaze; his uncles Robert Caisse, Victor Nilghe, Nap Nilghe, Jim Nilghe, Dave Nilghe, & Darren Nilghe; his aunt Priscilla Tssessaze; & his cousins Travis McDonald, Adrien Stalthanee, & Andy Stalthanee. A Funeral Service will be held at MacKenzie Chapel on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022, at 2 PM. The Officiant will be Deacon Lynn Ryan. The Honourary Pallbearers are all those who knew & loved Ashton. The Pallbearers are Jessie Tssessaze, Christian Bear-Swan, Junior Lemaigre, August Nilghe, Cameron Tssessaze, Kelvin Tssessaze, Vincent Tssessaze, Kevin Stalthanee, Brendon Tssessaze, Harley McDonald, Davin Stalthanee, & Dean Nilghe.; The Interment will take place at South Hill Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK.
