Obituary for William Kacuiba
It is with heavy hearts the family of William Kacuiba, late of Prince Albert, SK announce his sudden passing on August 18th, 2022, at the age of 80 years. He was the fourth child born to Stephen and Mary (Krayetski) on August 2nd, 1942. Dad grew up on the farm in the Honeymoon district of SK.
William and his wife of 42 years Alberta (Beverley) had 5 children together. The children were raised in Prince Albert SK. He enjoyed card games, fishing, watching sports, and listening to music, especially Johnny Cash. He passed his love of music, card games, and the outdoors to his children and grandchildren. He was a kind and compassionate person, that would lend a hand to anyone in need. He will be missed.
He is survived by his four children Beverly (Samir Makar) and their children Nadia (Matthew Pederson, Salina (Jesse Reiter), Leila Makar; Billy’s son Matthew (Stephanie) and their children, Grayson and Marley, and Billy’s daughter Melissa; Lori (Larry) Williams and their children, Justin, Stephen (Veronica Lalonde) and Joshua; Timothy (his friend Violet Copas) and his daughter McKenna; Jeffery (Jolyne) and their children Spencer and Tatiana; his siblings Rose Szatylo, Wally Kacuiba, & Sonia (Brad) Bellefontaine; and his sister-in-law Joan Kacuiba.
Dad was predeceased by his wife Alberta “Bert” (Beverley); his son Billy; his parents Stephen & Mary Kacuiba; his sister Mary Cipywnyk; and his brother John Kacuiba.
