It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Geoffrey Gabriel Josie, late of Hatchet Lake, SK on August 19th, 2022, at the age of 29 years. Geoffrey was born on December 28th, 1992, in La Ronge, SK to George and Helen Josie. Geoffrey will be lovingly remembered by his parents George & Helen Josie; his siblings Cheryl (Kevin), Georgie (Mary), Joey (Tara), & Sherrideen (James); his nieces & nephews Cerina, Kendra, Cerida, Marvin, Kelton, Chenaya, Gerdon, Gerton, Girly, BB Georgie, Mia, Tyron, Macy, Tessa, BB Joey, Mason, Trayvin, & Angel; his great nieces & nephews Charnella, Kaylene, & Carlson; his aunties Therese (Bart) Tsannie, Annie (Solomon) Joseyounen, Marie (Joe) Denechezhe, Celine (Nap) Besskkaystare, Christine (Bruce) Josie, Marie Louise St. Pierre, Flora Moise, Marie Hansen, Monique Besskkaystare, & Georgina St. Pierre; his uncles Ernest (Sophie) St. Pierre, George (Caroline) St. Pierre, Jerome (Shirley) St. Pierre, Kenneth Josie, Thomas Josie, & Joseph J Josie; his godmother Roselie Kkailther; & his godfather Joseph Sha’Oulle. Geoffrey was predeceased by his grandparents William Josie, Adeline Josie, Gabriel St. Pierre, & Lucy St. Pierre; his uncles: Joseph St. Pierre, & Ben Josie; & his cousins Carl St. Pierre, & Kingsley St. Pierre. A Wake Service will be held on Monday, August 22nd, 2022, at the residence of George & Helen Josie in Hatchet Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held at St Adrian Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, August 25th, 2022, at 2 PM in Wollaston Lake, SK.
