It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter Tony Naytowhow, late of Sturgeon Lake, SK on August 12th, 2022, at the age of 32 years. Peter was born on August 27th, 1989, in Prince Albert, SK to Janice Naytowhow & Ricky Ermine. Peter was also known as “Dodom” & “Kahpimpatat Makisees”. Peter will be lovingly remembered by his mother Janice Naytowhow; his father Ricky Ermine; his brothers Troy Naytowhow, Nathan Naytowhow, Kyle Naytowhow, & Dillon Ermine; his sister Jenna Naytowhow; his grandmothers Doris Naytowhow, Judy Kingfisher, Sandra Kingfisher, Darlene Kingfisher, Wanita Bear, & Sonya Daniels; his grandfather’s Barry Kingfisher, & Glen Kingfisher; his great-grandparents Eric Bird & Yvonne Seeseequasis; his aunts Paula (Jamie) Settee, Crystal Charles, & Tammy Ermine; his uncles Melvin, David, & Rodney; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Peter was predeceased by his grandpas Peter Naytowhow Sr., & Nick Richard Ermine; his great-grandparents Jimmy D Bird, Harold Kingfisher, Thomas Semagins, Nellie Kingfisher, & Violet Bird; his great-great-grandparents Florence Duquette & Edward Bird; his uncle Rudy Naytowhow; his aunt Candace Ermine. A Wake Service will be held on Thursday, August 18th, 2022, at 5 PM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Center in Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 20th, 2022, at 11 AM at the Sturgeon Lake Community Center in Sturgeon Lake, SK. The Officiants will be Sam Badger & Barry Kingfisher. The Honourary Pallbearers are all those who loved and cared for Peter. The Pallbearers will be Melvin Naytowhow, David Naytowhow, Joseph Kingfisher, Creedon Ermine, Trey McKenzie, & Trent Ermine.
