It is with great sadness we announce the passing of the Emily "Elsie" Denton late of Holbein, SK formerly of Fond Du Lac, SK on June 11th, 2022, at the age of 72 years. Elsie was born on July 20th, 1949, in Stony Rapids, SK to Moses & Pauline Bignose. Elsie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Stephen Denton; her children Gaitan Bignose, Marco Denton, & Edwin Denton; her grandchildren Mitchell, Nikita, Nicole, Natalie, Natasha, Natanis, Michael, Myles, Margo, Robin, Austin, Harley, Jasmine, Tonia, Mercedes, Brennan, Ashley, Savannah, Jamine, Tristen, & Halleysky; her great-grandchildren; her sisters Georgina Bignose, Nora Bignose, & Lita Bignose; her brothers Noel Bignose, & Paul Bignose; & her good friend Helen Gansen. Elsie was predeceased by her son Richard Bignose; her parents Moses & Pauline Bignose; her brother Alfred Bignose; her sister Mary Bignose; her nieces Martha Bignose, Margaret Bignose, & Audrey Bignose; & her nephews Matthew Bignose & James Bignose. A Wake Service will be commencing on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022, at the East Hill Community Hall in Prince Albert, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 17th, 2022, at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Prince Albert, SK. The Officiant will be Father Roque Concepcion. Elsie’s Honourary Pallbearers are Robin Denton, Brennan Bighetty, & and all those who shared in Elsie’s life. A Pallbearers Edwin Denton, Andrew Bignose, Gaitan Denton, Marco Denton, Paul Bignose, Tristen Denton, & Noel Bignose. The Interment will be held at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK.
