It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jordan Joseph Cook, late of Black Lake, SK on May 31st, 2022, at the age of 36 years. Jordan was born in Uranium City, SK on May 27th, 1986. Jordan was predeceased by his grandparents Joe & Marie Rose Cook; his great-grandparents Gabriel & Madeline Cook, Moise (Victoria) Echodh; his uncle Melvin Roy Cook; his cousins Robin, Lacy, & Arleyl his aunts & uncles Patrice (Meline), John (Madeline), Alfred (Marie Germaine), Leon, Antionette (Jimmy) Donard, Lazar & Noel Echodh, Augustine (Ann) Sandypoint, & Jimmy Sandypoint (Marie Donard); as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, & friends. A Wake Service will be commencing June 8th & 9th at the residence of Margaret Cook in Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held in Black Lake, SK on Friday, June 10th, 2022, at 2 pm at Our Lady of the Cape RC Church. The Officiant will be Father Paul Oshin.
