It is with great sadness we announce the passing of John A. (Sonny) Lepine, late of Meath Park, SK on May 31st, 2022, at the age of 77 years. John A. (Sonny) Lepine was born in Fort Chipewyan, AB on August 8th, 1944, to Marie & John. John will be lovingly remembered by his life partner Janet Holmgren; his children David Holmgren, Heather Holmgren (Garry), Kayla Loblaw (Travis), Joel Pederson, & Amber; his grandchildren Holden Holmgren, Janay Holmgren, Joshua Holmgren, Drake Holmgren, Riker Holmgren, Zach Pederson, & Neave Marie Pederson; his great-granddaughter Kiera; & his family Marguerite (Tony) Punko, Jeanne Lepine, Laurine Lepine, Barbara (Ting) Lepine Villburn, Marleene Hall (Wilfred), Robert (Doreen) Lepine, Albert Lepine, Sylvia (Mike) Chambers, Roy Lepine, JoAnn Cluney, Raymond (Kim) Lepine, Paul Lepine, & Theresa (Tony) Watkins. John was predeceased by his grandson Max Pederson; his father John Baptiste Lepine; his mother Marie Therese Michael nee Lepine; his brother George Lepine; his sister Marie Lepine; his father & mother-in-law Paul (Catherine (Katy)) Loutitt; & his sisters-in-law Vina King, & Lola Seegerts. A Funeral Service will be held at MacKenzie Chapel on Friday, June 3rd, 2022, at 6:00 PM. The Officiants will be Jim Phoffenroth & Jeffery Elliot. The Eulogist will be Shannon Loutitt.
