Obituary for Kayley Marie Favel

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kayley Marie Favel, late of Mistawasis First Nation, SK on May 16th, 2022, at the age of 22 years. Kayley was born on November 3rd, 1999 to Tanya Daniels and Kyle Favel in Prince Albert, SK. Kayley was survived by her mother Tanya Daniels of Leask, SK, her stepfather Kevin Parker of Leask, SK, her father Kyle Favel of Poundmaker, SK, her son Cain Bowman of Mistawasis, SK, her siblings Tristan Favel of Saskatoon, SK; Kyra Daniels of Edmonton, SK; Kayden Daniels of Leask, SK; & Dean Daniels of Mistawasis, SK, her maternal grandmother Leona Daniels of Mistawasis, SK, her paternal grandmother Marlene Baptiste of Hobbema, AB, Her paternal grandfather: Arland Tootoosis of Poundmaker, SK, her niece Luna Ahenakew; as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, and friends. Kayley was predeceased by her maternal grandfather Ivan Daniels, her maternal auntie Tammy Daniels, as well as numerous cousins. A Wake Service will be held Wednesday, May 18thtill Friday, May 20th, 2022, at the Mistawasis Family Centre in Mistawasis, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 21st, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Mistawasis Family Centre in Mistawasis, SK. Kayley’s Honorary Pallbearers are Courtney Strongarm, Tristan Favel, Kyra Daniels, Kayden Daniels, Dean Daniels, Sammy Daniels, & Kavin Parker. Kayley’s Active Pallbearers are Treston Thomas, Justin Daniels, Kyler Watson, Courage Bighette, Richard Heffer, & Jeffery Daniels. The Officiant will be Pastor Mike Flannery. The Interment will be held at Our Lady of the Poor Catholic Church in Mistawasis, SK. Condolences can be sent to the family on our website at www.mackenziechapel.ca.
