It is with great sadness we announce the passing of James Fredrick Augier, late of Prince Albert, SK at the age of 81 years.  James was born in Camsell Portage, SK on October 6th, 1939.  James will be lovingly remembered by his children Danny (Lindsay), Ronnie, Wayne (Connie), Rodney (Sandra) & Dolores; his daughter-in-law Loan Vo; his grandchildren Willis Augier (Vanessa Shott), Delores (Kevin) Johnson, Bonnie (Dereck) Cook, Lonnie (Clarrisa) Augier, Ronnie (Chantelle) Augier, Donnie Augier (Gina Fern), Calem & Brittany Albert, Jamie Naldzil (Cameron Piche), Kelly Augier, Alexandra Vo, & Demitry Augier; his great-grandchildren Tyrell, Tyreses, Tessa, Deanna, Kaylee, Karly, Dustin, Dusty, Dustina, Christina, Vada, Derekson, Lonna, Breanna, Brady, Denver, Nikeeta, River, Chloe, Brooks, Drake, Kingston, Blake, Hunter, Jase, & Annastasia; and his great-great-grandchildren Castiel.  James was predeceased by his wife Albertine (Luffy) Augier; his son Alex Augier; his parents Alex (Evelyn) Augier; his siblings Margaret Augier, & Daniel (Blue Eyes) Augier; his grandson Timothy Mercredi; his nephew Wesley Augier; his aunt & uncles Felix (Germaine) Powder, Archie Powder, Elsie (Pete) Ladource; his in-laws Francine (Metilda) Maurice; his brothers-in-law Max Maurice, Ronnie Maurice, Tony Kiezie, Hank Maurice, & Lloyd Bishop; As well as numerous other family and friends.  A Wake Service will be commencing Friday, September 24th, 2021, at the Community Complex in Buffalo Narrows, SK.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 25th, 2021, at 11 AM at St. Leo The Great Roman Catholic Church in Buffalo Narrows, SK.  The Officiant will be Father Polimetla OMI.  His Honourary Pallbearers are Bobby Augier, Ken Pederson SR., Delbert Augier; Paul Beaulac; Adolphus Augier; Dennis Larocque; Paul Augier, Lawrence Larocque, Allan Augier, Alfred Naldzil SR., Charlie Seright, and all those who shared in James’ life.  His Pallbearers are Willis Augier, Danny Augier, Alfred JR. Naldzil, Lonnie Augier, Rennie Augier, Simon Denechezhe, Ronnie Augier, Wayne Augier, Derek Cook, Donnie Augier, Rodney Augier, Steve Lafferty, Kelly Augier, Joey Kiezie, Allen Cardinal, Demitry Augier, Michael Godinez, & Cameron Pische.  The Interment will take place at the Buffalo Narrows Roman Catholic Cemetery in Buffalo Narrows, SK.  Condolences can be sent to the family on our website at www.mackenziechapel.ca.
