We are sad to announce the passing of Yvonne Longjohn late of Sturgeon Lake, SK on February 4th, 2021, at the age of 83.  Yvonne was born on January 7th, 1938, in Mistawasis, SK.  Yvonne will be lovingly remembered by her children Bradley Longjohn, Barry (Arlene) Longjohn, Darsi Goodvoice, Gilbert (Christine) Longjohn, Sharon Boyer, Jocelyn Longjohn; her grandchildren Ruby, Billy, Ivan, Alana, Ashley, Dustin, Belinda, Natasha, Tia, Cayla, Trent, Kristen, Jordan, Brandon, Allan, Bobbi, Dakota, Keeston, & Allison; her 42 great-grandchildren; Her 3 great-great-grandchildren; her adopted child Mathew Charles; her special niece Ruth Daniels; her sister Ann Pambrun (nee Daniels); her in-laws Bertha Longjohn, Catherine Longjohn, David, James, Thelma, Evelyn, Faye, Laverne, Orville, & Robin.  Yvonne was predeceased by her loving husband Allan; her parents Victor & Justine (nee Chatelaine) Daniels; her siblings Ivan, Noel, Lawrence (Marina), Helen, Muriel, Thomas, Joseph, & Fred Pambrum; her grandparents Norbert and Eleanor (nee Riel) Daniels; her granddaughter Amanda Longjohn.  A Wake Service will be held on Friday, February 5th, 2021, at 6 pm at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK.  A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 2021, at 1 pm at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK.  The officiant will be Deacon Lynn Ryan.  Yvonne’s honourary pallbearers are NLCDC Board Members & Staff; Annie Sanderson and all those who shared in Yvonne’s life.  Yvonne’s pallbearers are Billy Longjohn, Allan Longjohn, Dakota Longjohn, Ivan Johnston, Dustin Goodvoice, & Trent Ermine.  The Interment will take place at West Central Cemetery in Sturgeon Lake, SK.  Condolences can be sent to the family on our website at www.mackenziechapel.ca.  Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium – Shellbrook Funeral Home.  Brian & Bev Stobbs, Renee Phaneuf & Mark Gyoerick. 306.763.8488.
