Obituary for Daniel Alan Laurin
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel Alan Laurin, late of Prince Albert, SK, on June 10, 2019 at the age of 64 years. Daniel was born on June 5, 1955 in Sandy Bay, SK to parents: Arthur and Marie (Ballantyne) Laurin.
Daniel is survived by his estranged wife: Carolyn Traxel; his children: Leah Mae Laurin, Allen Jason Laurin, Darren Iron, Lionel Custer, Axel Custer, Josh Custer and Daniel Jr. Custer; his grandchildren: Jordan Wolf Laurin, Joanne Rayne Laurin, Wade Sunset Laurin, Dakota Cree Laurin, Brendan Daylight, Leland Daylight, Kyle J. Peekeekoot, Krista Jade Peekeekoot and Jarred H. Peekeekoot; his great-grandchildren: Darnell Badger, Decon Sanderson, Elizabeth Sewap, Emily Sewap, Evelyn Sewap, Elaina Sewap, Junette Lynn Charlotte Mae Laurin, Isabella Marie Angelique Laurin; his mother: Marie Louise Ballantyne (nee Morin); his siblings: Hilda Bear (nee Laurin), Carmen Bear, Elaine Corrigal (nee Laurin) and Cornelius Ballantyne; his special niece: Darlene Bear; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Daniel is predeceased by his dad: Arthur Michel; his grandfather: Ettienne Morin; and his grandmother: Philomene Ruth.
A Visitation Service for Daniel will be held on Thursday June 13, 2019 at 7:00PM located at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Prince Albert, SK.
