It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pierre Louie Josie, late of Hatchet Lake, SK, on June 4, 2019 at the age of 29 years. Pierre was born on December 29, 1989 in Saskatoon, SK, to parents: Dennis and Margaret Josie.
Pierre will be lovingly remembered by his mother: Maragaret Josie; his brothers: Jason Kkaikka (Verna), Alex Josie (Jana), Peter Josie (Doris) and Donnie Josie (Helena); his sisters: Maryanne Josie, Pauline Josie and Venessa Josie; his nieces: Vera, Shaylyn, Courtney, Hailey, Josette, Maia, Arianna, Valary, Ona, Denise and Delane; his nephews: Troy, Vernon, Jayrock, Lexius, Leon, Eaden, Iverson, Ethan, Octavious, Jayden, Doneson and Alexander; his best friends: Dennis Josie, Erik Clipping, Matthew Josie and Danny Dzeylion; his aunties: Adele, Susan, Evelyn, Annie, Maryann, Pauline, Helen, Sarazine, Adeline, Joelle, Deanna, Martha, Cecelia and Susan Kkaikka; and his uncles: Michael, Ovide, Joseph, Hector, Pat, Anderson, Louis, John, Edward, Alec, Pierre, Gabriel, John and William; as well as numerous cousins.
Pierre is predeceased by his father: Dennis Josie; his god/grandparents: Jimmy & Therese Kkaikka; his grandparents: Marie Adele & Pierre Josie; his aunties: Irene Kkaikka and Annie Kkaikka; his nieces: Angel and Arianna; his nephews: Antone and Marryl Moise; his cousins: Perry Kkaikka and Margaret Kkaikka; his great-grandparents: Marisis and Joe Aze and Adam Adam; his great-grandparents: Jerome and Julianna Kkaikka; his great-great-grandparents: Thomas and Margaret; and his great-aunties and uncles: William and Anne.
A Wake Service for Pierre will take place on Thursday June 6, 2019 to Friday June 7, 2019 at the Residence of Margaret Josie in Hatchet Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will then follow on Saturday June 8, 2019 at 2:00PM located at St Adrian’s Catholic Church in Wollaston Lake, SK. Interment after the Funeral will be at the Wollaston Lake Cemetery in Wollaston Lake, SK.
