Marion Ocelia Granrude, late of Weldon, SK. died in Prince Albert, SK. at the age of 89 years. Marion was born in Melfort, SK. March 1, 1930 to Herbert and Ocelia Asals. She is survived by daughter Janice (Doug) Buechler of Red Deer, AB.; son Leslie (Gayle) Breiter of Prince Albert, SK.; daughter Vanda Dulong of Red Deer, AB.; and daughter Daneka (Dennis Friesen) Granrude of Weldon, SK.; 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild; sister Pauline Allan and niece Evalyn Hildebrandt both of Edmonton, AB. She was predeceased by husband Robert (Bob) Granrude; parents Herbert and Ocelia Asals; two sons Ray and Bert Breiter, and brother-in-law Max Allan. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice and would be greatly appreciated by the family. A memorial service will be held at Weldon Lutheran Church Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with refreshments to follow at the Weldon Silvertone Club.
