It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Curtis James Toutsaint, late of Black Lake, SK, at the age of 30 years. Curtis was born on August 29, 1988 in Uranium City, SK, to parents: Bernadette (nee Duquette) and Ronald Donard.
Curtis will be lovingly remembered by his parents: Bernadette and Ronald Donard; his sister: Beth (Gavin) Mercredi; his brother: Brady Donard; his nieces and nephews: Trinity, Kingston and Bevin Mercredi; his dog: Rambo (Man’s best friend); his common law partner: April Boneleye; his cousin: Benson Toutsaint; his best friend: Ray Cook; his aunties: Helen (Napolean) Robillard, Dora Moise, Anne (David) Toutsaint-Gordon, Rosanna (Albert) Crookedneck, Jean Donard, Maryanne (Peter) Sayazie and Doreen Toutsaint; his uncles: Joseph (Eileen) Toutsaint, Alphonse Throassie, John (June) Toutsaint, William Toutsaint, Noel Toutsaint, Toby (Doris) Donard, Alex Donard, Billy Joe (Joyce) Donard, Alphonse (Theresa) Donard, August Donard and Rexy Donard; as well as his numerous cousins, god children, friends and family.
Curtis was predeceased by his auntie/mom: Rose Toutsaint; his grandparents: Jimmy & Antoinete Donard and Marie & Benjimen Toutsaint; his great-grandparents: Solomon & Philomon Toutsaint; his great-great-grandparents: Thomas Mirasty & Helen Bigeye and compet & Maria Medal; his aunties: Therese Throassie, Martha Toutsaint and Marie Donard; his uncles: Pierre Toutsaint, Charlie Moise and August Donard; his cousins: Johnathon Kasagan, Curtis Moise, Andrew Moise, Miles MacDonald and Ryan & Bonnie Donard; and his godson: Claydon Disain.
A Wake Service will be held on Wednesday March 20, Thursday March 21 and Friday March 22, 2019 at the residence of the late Curtis Toutsaint. A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday March 23, 2019 at 2:00PMlocated at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church in Black Lake, SK. Internment for Curtis will take place after the Funeral Service at the Black Lake Cemetery in Black Lake, SK.
