Roy Arnold Kingfisher, late of Sturgeon lake, SK, passed away on January 9, 2018 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 87 years. Roy will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years: Annie Kingfisher (Sanderson); his children: Bonnie Ledoux, Sol Sanderson (Shawn), Jonas Sanderson, Arnold Sanderson, Dwayne Sanderson, Alfred Sanderson (Jenn), Carrie Dreaver (Lionel), Kelly Dreaver (Joanne), Pat Dreaver (Annette), Jean Ross (Albert), Wanda Sanderson, Debra Houle (Joe), Roy Kingfisher Jr. Ricky Kingfisher (Audrey), Leslie Badger (Beatrice), Howard Halkett (Gail); his adopted sons: Thomas Daniels and Micheal Andrew; his sisters: Yvonne Seeseequasis and Betty Ermine; as well as numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Roy was predeceased by his parents: William & Hannah (Charles) Kingfisher; his children: Baby Shelly, Linda Sinclair, and Diane Kingfisher; and his siblings: Harold Kingfisher, Harvey Kingfisher, and Carole Sanderson. A Wake Service will be Commencing Thursday, January 11, 2018 – 2:00pm at Sturgeon Lake Community Hall, Sturgeon Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 13 at 11:00 am, Sturgeon Lake Community Hall, Sturgeon Lake, SK.
